️ What You'll Do
As a technician, you’ll expertly service, repair, and replace plumbing systems for residential clients. Whether leading a job or working as part of a team, you’ll uphold our promise of professionalism, punctuality, and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver top-tier service using StraightForward Pricing® and company-approved forms
- Keep a clean, respectful workspace inside customers' homes
- Test and verify that all repairs and installations are working properly
- Clearly explain services to customers — no surprises, no confusion
- Maintain safety-first mindset on every call and while driving
- Help keep your vehicle clean, stocked, and presentable at all times
You’ll Be a Fit If You:
- Are a licensed Journeyman Plumber
- Have 5+ years of residential or commercial experience
- Are reliable, punctual, and customer-focused
- Hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Want to work with a team that takes pride in craftsmanship and customer care
- Service Titan experience.

- $33–$45/hr base + performance bonuses
