What You Will Be Doing
   

• Set up printing equipment according to the manufacturer’s specifications. 
• Configure Printing equipment according to the customer’s needs. 
• Handles all level escalations when needed. 
• Review history and determine next steps for excessive service needs, up to and including replacement devices 
• Maintain manufacturer warranty documentation and order parts accordingly 
• Maintain clear communication with operations regarding deliveries and warehouse needs 
• Assist with warehouse Inventory Management 
• Unboxing/unwrapping/unloading and warehouse work as needed

What Should The Right Person have
   

• Strong interest to learn and being trained, mentored, and coached 
• Positive, professional attitude and a team player 
• Technical Industry Experience on Color/Black-White MFPs - Xerox, Canon, HP, and other brands preferred but not required - we will train you! 
• Strong Verbal and Written Technical Communication Skills 
• Strong technical aptitude and curiosity to fix things 
• Proficient computer knowledge, especially in Microsoft Office programs and in desktop technology 
• High School diploma or equivalent required 
• Must be 21 years of age or older with a valid driver's license issued in your state of residence and a clean driving record 
• Must be able to work Overtime at a moment's notice. Including Saturdays and Sundays. No exceptions
• Must be able to lift and or assisted lift of 60lbs+
