Experienced Sheet Metal | Duct Installer

TradeWorX is hiring experienced Duct Installers for commercial HVAC work in Mansfield, PA. Immediate openings are available for candidates who can run duct work independently, read layouts, coordinate with other trades, and support production on active commercial jobsites.

Pay & Schedule

• $28.00 $32.00 per hour based on experience
• Monday through Friday
• 7: 00 AM to 3: 30 PM
• Overtime may be available based on project needs

Scope of Work

• Install rectangular duct, spiral duct, VAV tie-ins, flex connections, and rooftop unit connections
• Build and install trapeze hangers, supports, transitions, and field-fit duct sections
• Install fire/smoke dampers and exposed duct with clean visual alignment
• Coordinate around sprinkler, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection conflicts
• Verify airflow, access clearances, and layout conditions before close-in

Requirements

• Commercial duct installation experience
• Ability to read reflected ceiling plans, duct layouts, and coordinated drawings
• Experience with spiral duct, exposed ceilings, grease duct, and large rooftop systems preferred
• Ability to work independently and maintain production pace
• Reliable transportation, basic tools, and PPE
