Requirements & Skills:
Proven experience in sign making and installation
Valid, clean driver's license
Skilled with hand tools, power tools, and general sign assembly
Experience with vinyl application and digital printing
Ability to dig footers and install signs safely and accurately
Can read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and layouts
Knowledge of underground markings and safe digging
Painting and finishing skills, including bonding with adhesives
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
Great customer service and teamwork skills
