Job Summary
1 Earth Solar is hiring experienced Solar Sales Professionals (Setters & Closers) with at least 1+ year of solar sales experience to drive residential and commercial projects.
This role is ideal for early-career solar reps and installer-minded individuals who understand the industry and want to take the next step in income, skill development, and long-term growth.
You'll work directly with homeowners and business owners to educate, design, and close solar solutions that reduce energy costs and promote sustainability.

What You'll Do
Lead Generation & Appointment Setting (Setters)
- Prospect and generate leads through door-to-door, referrals, and networking
- Set qualified appointments for solar consultations
- Pre-qualify homeowners based on energy usage and interest
Sales & Closing (Closers)
- Conduct in-home or virtual consultations
- Present custom solar solutions for residential and commercial clients
- Overcome objections and guide customers through the decision process
- Close deals and submit completed agreements
Project Support
- Coordinate with design and install teams
- Ensure a smooth transition from sale to installation
- Maintain communication with customers throughout the process
What We're Looking For
Required
- Minimum 1+ year of solar sales experience (setter and/or closer)
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Understanding of solar products, financing, and customer objections
- Self-motivated with a performance-driven mindset
Preferred
- Experience with both residential and commercial solar
- Installer mindset or technical understanding of solar systems
- Door-to-door or in-home sales experience
