Sous Chef
We are seeking an experienced sous chef with exceptional culinary fundamentals to join our Miami team as a Sous Chef. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key leadership role in the day-to-day culinary operations at a high-end, casual dining concept known for its exceptional cuisine.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 3+ years of sous chef experience in casual fine dining venues.
- Strong culinary fundamentals with high volume kitchen experience - 200+ seats or more.
- Leadership experience—ability to inspire, coach, and elevate junior chefs.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-driven kitchen environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-first mindset.
- Strong understanding of kitchen operations, inventory, ordering, and sanitation standards.
- Passion for excellence, discipline, and continuous improvement.
