QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3-5 years expereience as a Sprinkler Fitter installling piping, troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing life safety equipment
  • HS Diploma or Equivalent
  • Vocational training a plus
  • Knowledge of reading and intrepreting blueprints and/or shop drawings
  • Effective communication skills
  • Understanding of applicable NFPA regulations
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Work as part of a team and ocassionaly solo
  • Pass a pre employment drug test, background check, and MVR review
  • Be able to lift 60 lbs
  • Endure the physical rigors of light duty construction work 
  • Endure the physical rigors of Florida weather
  • Communicate effectively with team members and customers
  • Operate hand tools powered and unpowered as required
  • Work Safely 
  • Improve the capabilities of the Gator Fire Team
