We are currently seeking an experienced Stand-Up Forklift Operator (RC 5500 Series Stand-Up Rider Lift Truck) to join our team in Florence, Kentucky. As a member of our team, you will work in a high-traffic warehouse setting where the ability to remain focused, work independently, and follow established procedures is essential. All applicants will be required to complete an on-site forklift skills assessment as part of the hiring process. Shift Details:
- 1st Shift / Morning Shift: Monday-Friday, $18.00/hour; Must be able to work Overtime
- Candidates must be available to work overtime as needed to support business operations.

Pay Rate: $18.00 / hour
Duties:
- Perform various functions and duties, both written and oral
- Assists in loading and unloading trucks and inspects product for loading
- Knowledge of basic math
- Performs all other general labor duties assigned
- Stacks and palletizes non-perishable bulk products
- Picks and stores orders
- Reaches overhead, twists, turns, and squats
- The warehouse is a high-traffic area, and employees must be able to work independently while remaining focused.
- Must be able to lift 70 lbs solo and up to 150 lbs as a team

Position Requirements:
6 months of warehouse experience and a stand-up forklift are required
- Ability to stand for a full shift

- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Keeping the work area clean and organized
- Ability to see/hear and distinguish sounds and signs that alert, instruct, or notify one of danger, such as warning signs, horns, alarms, speech, and vehicular/pedestrian traffic
- Ability to coordinate the maneuvering of varied bilateral hand and foot controls at a rapid pace
- Ability to utilize personal protective equipment
- Flexibility to work in either a hot or cold work environment
Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Stand for Shift Duration, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 60 pounds., required education: No Education Requirement.
