Experienced Structural Welders & Fitters Needed

NOW HIRING: Structural Steel Fitters & Welders — Day & Night Shifts!- GREATER NEW ORLEANS AREA!!

Join a growing team where your skills make a difference! We’re looking for experienced Structural Steel Fitters and Welders who take pride in quality craftsmanship and teamwork.

Pay:

• Fitters: $22–$30/hr (based on experience)
• Welders: $26–$32/hr (based on experience)

Shifts:

• Day: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• Night: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Read blueprints and fabricate, fit, and weld structural steel components

• Cut, assemble, and tack weld materials to precise specifications

• Inspect work to ensure quality and prevent distortion or defects

What You Need:

• Structural steel experience (required)
• Ability to read blueprints and use welding/fabrication tools
• Strong attention to detail and workmanship
