The Boeing CompanyBoeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an Experienced Supply Chain Specialist/Asset Management to join the team in Hazelwood, MO.
The Experienced Supply Chain Specialist will be responsible for supply chain demand and forecast planning and execution activities in support of various F-15 Performance Based Logistics contracts.
Position Responsibilities:
Customer demand review, forecasting assessment, ordering of materials, reporting on supply activity, strategy development for support of prime contract requirements, enhancing processes and procedures, and working across a multi-functional services team.
The candidate will also interface directly with the F-15 customer, work autonomously within the Boeing enterprise, and will need to have working knowledge, experience, and understanding of the Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP) process.
This position requires a high level of personal accountability and responsibility.
Analyzes post production supply chain data to define reorder points and quantities and coordinates for economy of purchases.
Analyzes material location and initiates redistribution action.
Analyzes supplier and/or customer data regarding products or services to include repair capabilities, capacity and performs assessment of configuration change impact to supply support system.
Reviews applicability of warranties to allocate costs.
Identifies and resolves customer supply chain management issues and discrepancies.
Identifies Supply Chain alternatives to resolve obsolescence issues.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
4+ total years of related experience
2+ years of experience with asset management, demand forecasting, engineering, or simulation
1+ years of experience with Supply Chain Planning
2+ years of experience with data analysis and/or data mining
2+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
5+ total years of experience
Great communication skills, and motivation to achieve results in a fast-paced production environment
Strong team player and passion to execute projects with a focus on customer and value
Demand forecasting and/or data simulation experience
