Novant Health Medical Group is looking for a compassionate, caringExperienced Thoracic surgical Oncology Advanced Practice Provider to join our Thoracic Oncology clinic in the Weisiger Cancer Institute located in center city Charlotte, NC. We have a dynamic clinic with a team of two surgeons, two surgical APPs,and two medical oncologists who care for thoracic oncology patients in an outpatient setting. Our providers are fully supported with a dedicated, onsite team of experienced nurses, pharmacists, and administrative staff as well as a full-service infusion center. We are a robust, innovative practice that continues to grow and continue to expand patient access to cutting edge treatment in cellular therapies and clinical trials. Surgical experience required. Robotic experience is preferred.

What We're Looking For:Education: Master's Degree, Required. Graduate of an NCCPA accredited physician assistant program, required. RNFA required for FNP Candidates.
Experience: One to three years of experience in surgery preferred. Surgical experience required.
Licensure/Certification/Registration: Current PA license in appropriate state Required. NCCPA Certification and current DEA registry Required. ACLS (if infusion center or cardiac specialty) Required.
Additional Skills Required: Ability to successfully complete generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing. Ability to work with management team and physicians; demonstrated customer service skills, interpersonal skills and communication skills.
