Entech Staffing is seeking an experienced Tool & Die Maker to join the growing team at a well-established manufacturing company in Holly. Job Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and technical specifications
- Set up and operate machine tools, including lathes, grinders, and milling machines
- Fabricate, assemble, repair, and test dies, gauges, fixtures, and tooling to precise tolerances
- Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on existing tools and dies
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and maintenance teams to improve processes and support equipment repairs
- Diagnose tooling issues and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime
- Maintain a safe and organized work area
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:- Proven experience as a Tool & Die Maker required
- Apprenticeship completion or equivalent training preferred
- Strong knowledge of machining practices, metallurgy, and precision measurement tools
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and technical documentation
- Experience operating manual machine shop equipment
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
