Experienced Tow Truck Driver

About the Role:
Top Notch Towing and Transport LLC is looking for an experienced Tow Truck Driver to join our team in Annapolis, MD! Responsibilities:

• Operate tow trucks and transport vehicles safely and efficiently throughout the Annapolis, MD area
• Respond promptly to roadside assistance calls, breakdowns, and accident recovery situations
• Perform vehicle hookups, loading, and securing using flatbed, wheel-lift, or hook-and-chain equipment
• Communicate professionally with customers, dispatchers, and law enforcement on scene
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues
• Maintain accurate logs, paperwork, and documentation for each tow or transport job
• Follow all local, state, and federal traffic and transportation regulations

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (CDL preferred)
• Prior experience operating tow trucks or heavy-duty recovery vehicles
• Familiarity with flatbed and wheel-lift
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and on-call shifts
• Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor
• Physical ability to lift, hook, and secure vehicles in various conditions
• Knowledge of the Annapolis, MD and surrounding areas is a plus
