About Us
Urgent Care Vet Panama City is seeking an experienced veterinary technician to join our team. We provide urgent, sometimes emergency care, to the pets of our community, and we're looking for a skilled tech who thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment and is confident handling critical cases. Just as important, we value techs who connect with pet owners — clearly explaining diagnoses, treatment plans, cost, and care instructions, offering compassion and reassurance during stressful moments. If you're passionate about high-quality patient care, strong client communication, and ready to put your veterinary nursing skills to work, we'd love to hear from you!
Our technicians are at the center of how this practice runs. We're a close, collaborative team, and we're looking for an experienced tech whose clinical skill, judgment, and communication raise the standard of care for every patient who walks in.

- Assist doctors with urgent procedures and non-elective surgery
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with owners arriving in an unplanned, stressful moment — including honest conversations about findings, options, and cost

- Track and respond to vitals, depth, and analgesia; troubleshoot proactively
- Set up, assist, and circulate for procedures and surgery
- Connect with owners arriving in an unplanned, stressful moment with empathy and clarity
