Froedtert ThedaCare is seeking a dedicated, experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Walk-In Clinic at ThedaCare Physicians in New London, Wisconsin. Designed for an autonomous clinician, this role offers a high-impact opportunity to provide quality-driven, acute episodic care in a welcoming, community-focused environment. This position will be primarily situated in New London, but there may be the occasional need to cover in Appleton, Neenah, or Oshkosh.

• Targeted Experience: We are seeking a clinician with at least two years of Urgent Care or Walk-In Clinic experience. Candidates with demonstrated expertise in suturing and performing minor outpatient procedures will be given strong consideration.
• Full Time Opportunity: We are seeking a 1.0 FTE which is 36 patient contact hours and 4 hours of dedicated admin time weekly. 
• Autonomous & Collaborative Environment: The Walk-In Clinic is staffed with one APC daily, with Family Medicine providers readily available on-site for clinical collaboration.
• Established Clinical Group: Join a robust, highly collaborative team comprising four physicians and 10 Advanced Practice Clinicians (APCs).

• Work-Life Balance: 1.0 FTE is defined as 36 patient contact hours with no call rotation.
• Clinic Shift Hours:
  • Weekdays: 12-hour shifts (7:00a-7:00p)
  • Weekends: 6-hour shifts (8:00a-2:00p)
• Weekend Rotation: Equitable 1:3 coverage.
• Efficiency Tools: Utilize Epic EMR system-wide, seamlessly integrated with DAX copilot and Dragon dictation to optimize charting time.
