The candidate is required to: -Must have drivers license -Work Mon-Friday 8-430 (Call offs highly discouraged) -Possible weekend and after hours that will be mandatory -Have great customer service -Have their own tools -Communicate all job progress to the building owner and direct supervisor -Manage crew members efficiently -Sketch property -Write full mitigation estimate -Learn different techniques using coworkers knowledge -Be well organized -Have a calming presence in times of distress -Photo document all aspects of a loss -Communicate with insurance agents and adjusters
