Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Welder to join our team. The Welder will be responsible for welding and fitting metal components according to blueprints to produce high-quality safety products.

Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints to understand project requirements
- Perform welding tasks using MIG welding processes
- Fit and assemble metal components using hand tools and fabrication equipment
- Conduct quality checks using measuring tools
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

Skills
- Proficiency in MIG welding techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
- Experience with fitting
- Familiarity with operating a forklift and crane for material handling
- Competency in using hand tools for metalworking tasks
- Strong mathematical skills for measurements and calculations

Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years MIG welding experience Required
- Skilled in using hand tools for fabrication
- Experience operating a crane safely
- Mathematical abilities for measurements and calculations
- Familiarity with forklift operations in a manufacturing setting
