Sanderson Ford is looking for multiple Experienced Wholesale Parts Counterpersons to join our parts department. If you know your way around an automotive parts counter, have a strong working knowledge of Ford parts and systems, and take pride in supporting both customers and service teams with accuracy and efficiency, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do

  • Assist wholesale customers in sourcing and fulfilling parts requests accurately and efficiently

  • Look up and identify parts using Ford catalog systems and dealer management software

  • Process parts orders, returns, and credits in a timely manner

  • Maintain proper inventory levels and assist with stocking, receiving, and bin organization

  • Communicate parts availability and estimated arrival times to the service team and customers

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with vendors and wholesale accounts

  • Follow dealership policies for parts invoicing, documentation, and recordkeeping

  • Support the parts department in meeting monthly sales and fill rate goals

What We're Looking For

  • Prior automotive parts counter experience required

  • Ford dealership parts experience strongly preferred

  • Familiarity with Ford parts catalog systems and dealer management software

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Clear communicator who works well with technicians, advisors, and customers

  • Able to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to long-term employment

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Must be able to pass background and drug screenings
