* Saw Operator candidates will ideally possess prior experience with ripsaw, miter saws, or molders etc.
* Finishers should have experience preparing items to be finished (i.e. air or hand sanding) and/or spraying or hand applying finishes on wood or other surfaces
* Cabinetmakers should have custom construction or carpentry experience, experience reading blueprints, and/or assembling components, cabinetry, or similar structures
