Job Summary

The Yard Technician will play a pivotal role in overseeing the upkeep of the general dealership facilities.

Duties include:

• Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, and mulching to ensure the aesthetic appeal of properties.
• Engage in snow plowing activities during winter months to maintain safe access for customers and employees.
• Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for various landscaping projects.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and ensure proper disposal of debris.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety standards.
• Unload incoming trucks (sometimes utilizing a forklift) and organizing equipment in the yard by brand and type.
• Delivering parts and whole goods as needed

Experience

• Previous experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in landscaping is essential.
• Forklift certification recommended but not necessary
• A valid driver's license is required
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Schedule:

· Monday- Friday. 8am-5pm. Every other Saturday from 8am-12pm during the busy season.
