Expert Change Management Consultant

Pay Rate: $110/HR

Summary:

• Demonstrated experience adjusting quickly to changing priorities, stakeholders, or project conditions
• Proven ability to move work forward efficiently while maintaining quality and alignment with business objectives
• Strong capability to translate complex changes into clear, actionable messaging for diverse audiences

Responsibilities:

• Provide change management support for major initiatives to ensure workforce readiness for technology, process, and organizational changes
• Assess change management needs and design plans that support organizational readiness for change, both pre and post-project deployment
• Execute change management plans in partnership with project managers and business sponsors, including Learning, Communication, and Engagement activities
• Identify communication and training opportunities to facilitate understanding and garner support for change
• Review training and communication plans and deliverables to ensure they meet project needs
• Anticipate people-related risks and develop plans and actions to mitigate risks and address concerns
• Evaluate and measure results and success of change management strategies, plans, and actions
• Develop and maintain relationships with project stakeholders including management, union leadership, and cross-functional teams
• Incorporate OCM Methodology into existing governance processes and participate in project evaluations

Requirements:

• 8 years change management experience on large-scale change projects
• Completion of instructor-led change management training in a methodology aligned with the ACMP Standard
