At PatchitUP Drywall, we pride ourselves on our positive culture, dedication to being the BEST, and desire for expansion. We're looking for our first hire! Not just a CSR and Dispatcher, but the person who helps build how this business runs from day one.
Responsibilities
- Use ServiceTitan software to manage schedules and dispatch technicians.
- Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and management.
- Handle customer calls for scheduling, rescheduling, and job coordination.
- Manage time-keeping for technicians, technicians jobs, and maintain an above-average booking rate.
- Make proactive outbound follow-up calls on unsold estimates daily. Do not let leads go cold. Solicit reviews after every completed job.
- Monitor lead quality. Request lead credits when necessary.
- Ensure rapid response to leads within 5 minutes.
- Work hours: 7:30 am to 4:00 pm (occasionally until 5:00 pm), Monday to Friday, with some Saturdays as needed.
- Initially in-office, with potential for remote work once proficient in systems and operations.
Requirements
- Preferred experience with Service Titan software.
- Excellent phone and communication skills.
- Strong multi-tasking abilities.
- Experience in scheduling and dispatching for a home service company is preferred.
- Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
- A natural on the phone. Warm, confident, and the kind of person customers enjoy calling back. Relentless on follow-up without being told.
