Expo/Cashier

Responsibilities

Expo Duties

• Coordinate between kitchen and front-of-house teams
• Check accuracy, quality, and presentation of dishes
• Ensure proper garnishing and plating
• Maintain an organized and clean Expo line
• Help pack online and takeout orders
• Communicate clearly with cooks and servers

Cashier Duties

• Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately
• Operate POS system and handle payments
• Assist guests with menu questions
• Package to-go orders and ensure accuracy
• Maintain a clean and organized front counter
• Provide excellent customer service at all times

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of restaurant or kitchen experience
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Language: Must speak English; Spanish preferred
• Customer service experience is a plus
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, responsible, and a strong team player
• Able to stand for extended periods
