Food Runner / Expo
We are looking for an organized and efficient Food Runner / Expo to join our team. This role is crucial for ensuring that food is delivered to guests promptly, accurately, and with impeccable presentation, while maintaining smooth communication between the kitchen and service staff.
Responsibilities include:
- Monitor kitchen orders and ensure timely delivery of food
- Verify accuracy and presentation of dishes before they leave the kitchen
- Deliver food to tables quickly and efficiently, ensuring proper seat placement
- Communicate guest modifications, allergies, and special requests to the kitchen and service team
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
- Support kitchen team with necessary plateware, condiments, and prepped items
