Founded in 2008, the group now brings together 16 expert and complementary companies, with over 3,300 employees based in France and internationally in California, Canada, Spain and Slovenia.The RoleINNOVI is creating an Export Business Development Manager position, reporting to the SÜVY Commercial Director, to structure and drive the deployment of SÜVY on international markets (Middle East, USA, Europe), targeting food & pharma manufacturers, ingredient importers/distributors and, where relevant, local partners. As a true international business developer, you will define and execute the export strategy, open new territories, manage a network of distributors/agents and secure long‑term commercial agreements with key players.Key ResponsibilitiesExport Business Development & Market OpeningDefine, together with the Commercial Director, the export strategy for SÜVY: priority regions (Middle East, USA, Europe), client typologies (manufacturers, distributors), market access models.Prospect and acquire new international clients and partners: attendance at international trade shows, field visits, activation of your existing network.Build, develop and manage a network of distributors/agents where relevant, ensuring their expertise on SÜVY grows over time.Key Account Management & International NegotiationsDirectly manage a portfolio of international key accounts (food groups, major ingredient distributors, leading importers).Negotiate export commercial agreements (commercial terms, logistics, regulatory requirements) in close coordination with the export customer service and logistics teams.Adapt SÜVY offerings to local specificities: regulatory constraints, customs systems, consumption habits, logistics conditions and economic models.Reporting, Coordination & International Market IntelligenceDeliver structured export reporting: pipeline, forecasts, results by country/region, performance analysis.Coordinate with the Export Customer Service and logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution (incoterms, documentation, lead times, compliance).Conduct active monitoring of regulatory developments, competitive landscape and market trends in target regions, sharing insights with internal teams (Management, R&D, Marketing).Position based in Île‑de‑France or, where applicable, in one of the key regions (Middle East, USA or Europe), with significant international travel required.Your ProfileYou have lived and worked in the USA and/or the Middle East, and you have developed a B2B ingredient business there. This is not a nice‑to‑have — it is the core of the role.Proven field experience in the USA and/or the Middle East: you know these markets from the inside — their cultural codes, purchasing processes, regulatory and logistics constraints. You have active contacts there. Additional experience in Europe is a further asset.B2B industrial ingredient expertise: you have sold ingredients, raw materials or technical solutions to food manufacturers. You are comfortable engaging with R&D, Procurement and Quality counterparts.Knowledge of at least 2 sectors among: BVP/bakery, chocolate/confectionery, snacking, beverages, dairy — you understand the specifications and formulation constraints involved.Degree in food engineering, applied chemistry, or business school with a strong technical background.Solid experience in export market development: opening new territories, managing distributor/agent networks, cross‑cultural negotiation, international key account management.Fluent English, both written and spoken; a second language (Spanish, German, Italian, Arabic, etc.) is a genuine plus.Autonomous, rigorous, highly mobile internationally and entrepreneurial: you know how to build an activity from scratch and deliver results without waiting to be told how.#J-18808-Ljbffr
