Export Compliance Specialist
Salary: $70,000 - $90,000
Location: Northeast, Ohio or Remote
Help shape global trade compliance for a growing organization with complex international operations. This role offers high visibility, cross-functional collaboration, and the opportunity to be a key compliance resource impacting global business activities.

Key Responsibilities for the Export Compliance Specialist:
- Perform export classifications under EAR and ITAR regulations
- Manage export licensing activities, including SNAP-R and DECCS submissions
- Review EUCs, conduct ownership reviews, and oversee denied-party screening
- Support business units on export compliance and licensing requirements
- Maintain export compliance documentation, manuals, and control plans
- Deliver compliance training and support SOP adherence
Qualifications for the Export Compliance Specialist:
- 5+ years of export compliance experience
- Strong knowledge of EAR and ITAR regulations
- Experience with export licensing and classification processes
- SAP or ERP system experience preferred
