Our client is seeking a proactive Logistics Call Center Representative to join a fast-paced Operations Management Center (OMC) team. In this role, you will serve as the central point of contact for a major manufacturing account, ensuring critical materials and freight are tracked, coordinated, and delivered on time to keep production lines running smoothly.

- Schedule: 2nd shift, Monday - Friday, 4PM - 12:00 AM
Qualifications - 1-2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, freight coordination, or a fast-paced, high-volume administrative customer service role.
- Multi-tasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.
- Comfortable utilizing multiple software platforms and spreadsheet tools (Excel) to manage data.
- Excellent communication skills, with a calm and professional demeanor when handling time-sensitive escalations.
- Ability to work the dedicated 2nd shift (4PM - 12 AM, Mon-Fri) reliably.

Responsibilities
Logistics Tracking & Customer Support
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing real-time visibility into freight status and driver locations.
- Proactively monitor transit milestones to identify and resolve potential delays before they impact delivery
Operational Data Management
- Maintain high levels of data integrity through the meticulous entry of shipment details, driver logs, and operational records.
- Ensure all digital documentation is accurate and organized for immediate retrieval.
Communication & Inbound Relations
- Manage a high volume of inbound inquiries, directing information to the appropriate stakeholders with speed and professionalism.
Skills - Call Center (2 years of experience is required)
