Temp-to-Hire Export Coordinator / Customer Service Representative opportunity!
Local company seeking a motivated Export Coordinator/CSR to support international freight operations and provide outstanding customer service.
Job Duties:
- Handling international freight bookings (reservations)
- Processing transport orders from A-Z (from initial request through to invoice)
- Independently supporting a defined set of clients within a broader team
- Monitoring calculations in each shipment file to ensure profitable activities
- Issuing documents for shipments (BLs / COOc / Certificates, etc.)
- Maintaining correspondence with customers and partners worldwide on shipment statuses
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of freight/logistics experience preferred
- Customer service experience
- Intermediate MS Office skills
