Reports to: Export Production Manager
This role involves performing warehouse and export duties to ensure efficient order processing and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include pulling and staging orders, moving materials, and loading/unloading trucks or containers. Key tasks are maintaining stock levels, organizing the warehouse, assisting with inbound and outbound operations, and operating forklifts. The position requires adherence to safety protocols, meeting productivity quotas, and effective communication with team members. Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, push/pull up to 100 pounds, and hold relevant certifications. Good English communication and reliable attendance are also essential.
