Export Specialist

The Export & Customs Specialist is responsible for ensuring compliance with U.S. and international export regulations while managing the timely movement of goods through global supply chains. This role develops a thorough understanding of customer shipping requirements, export documentation, customs clearance procedures, and transportation methods to support efficient and cost-effective logistics operations. The ideal candidate possesses strong regulatory knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all applicable export regulations and customs requirements by reviewing and processing export documentation, filings, and customs clearances.
• Verify that all shipment documentation is complete, accurate, and distributed to carriers, freight forwarders, customers, and international agents in a timely manner.
• Prepare and submit export filings and required regulatory documentation while tracking key shipment milestones, including departures, arrivals, customs releases, and proof of delivery.
