Responsibilities
Prepare originators/change orders for customers.
Audit and scan contracts to customers.
Apply credits from pro-formas and payments.
Adding payments/credits/claim settlements into tracking spreadsheets.
Request, send reminders, and confirm advance payment for bookings.
Create and update checklists and documents.
Prepare and audit Export documents per checklists and send final documentation.
Maintain various spreadsheets.
Cross train and assist in all functions.
Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
Strong computer skills (working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work under deadlines.
Team player dedicated to the organization.
Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent Customer Service skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and multi-task.
Proficiency with mathematical skills.
High School education or GED.
Experience working in a professional office environment.
