Full-Time Express Automotive Service TechnicianJoin the Lexus of Nashville Team!Lexus of Nashville is excited to grow our team by adding a dedicated Full-Time Express Automotive Service Technician who is passionate about delivering fast, expert service and exceptional customer care.Benefits You'll Enjoy:Health & dental insurancePaid vacation daysPaid Lexus training to keep your skills at their peakVehicle reimbursement programIRA match programChristmas club savings programYour Key Responsibilities:Actively collaborate with the service team to ensure every vehicle receives fast, expert carePerform minor services such as checking and changing lube, oil, and filters, strictly following dealership and manufacturer proceduresIdentify and report any issues to the Service Advisor or Service Director/Manager promptlyConduct multi-point inspections on every vehicle (Customer Pay, Warranty, Extended Warranty)Find all legitimate repair and service needs and document recommendations clearly in the Multi-Point Inspection (MPI)Prepare accurate estimates for additional work and communicate findings to the Service Advisor for customer approvalAssist other technicians with light mechanical tasks as neededDedicate your time to providing excellent customer service throughout the service processMaintain communication with the Service Manager, Consultants, and fellow technicians to meet Lexus time standards and exceed guest expectationsKeep the back shop clean and ensure all equipment is calibrated to Lexus standardsPerform additional duties as assigned to support the service department's successSkills & Requirements:Strong commitment to safety: consistently wear personal protective equipment, back belts, safety glasses, and shoesAbility to stand and walk for extended periodsAbility to lift up to 50 poundsReliable, team-oriented, and driven to deliver quality work with a professional attitudeReady to take your automotive career to the next level with Lexus of Nashville?Apply today and join a team committed to excellence, growth, and exceptional guest experiences!All applicants must be at least 19 years old, and able to pass pre-employment testing which includes background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver's license for at least 3 years.
