Express Lube Technician

Haddad GMC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Express Lube Technician to join our team in Adams, MA. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working efficiently in a fast-paced automotive service environment, ensuring vehicles receive timely and high-quality oil changes and routine maintenance services.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and other routine maintenance services on vehicles quickly and accurately.
• Inspect vehicles for any issues or additional service needs and report findings to the service advisor.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure tools and equipment are properly cared for.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers to provide excellent service.
• Follow all safety protocols and dealership procedures to ensure a safe work environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in an express lube or automotive service role is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under time constraints.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift and move vehicle parts and equipment as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to the Adams, MA location.
