Responsibilities
- Safely pull vehicle into express lube bay.
- Perform Multi-point inspection in accordance with Kia standards.
- Communicate recommendations to Service Advisors.
- Perform oil changes, filter changes, tire rotations and other basic maintenance.
- Other duties as assigned by Service Manager and Express team lead.
Qualifications
- Experience is preferred but not required. Will train the right individual.
- Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information
- Learns quickly
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Team player
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Maintain stall in an orderly and clean manner
- Ability to identify problems quickly
- Knowledge of automobiles
- Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
- Basic tools necessary to perform oil changes and tire rotations
