Express Maintenance Technician

Lube or maintenance technician experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.

Compensation

• Pay range: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour. Starting rate is $20.00/hour, increasing to $22.00/hour upon successful completion of Toyota Maintenance Certification.

This role is a defined pathway to becoming a certified automotive technician within the Titus-Will Automotive Group.

Schedule

This is a full-time position, and Saturday availability is required. Our service department operates Monday through Saturday, and this role includes a fixed Saturday shift with a weekday off.

Shop Environment

Responsibilities

• Perform basic maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, and multi-point inspections
• Assist experienced technicians with vehicle diagnostics and repairs
• Road-test vehicles to verify repairs
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow dealership safety and service procedures

Qualifications

• No prior automotive experience required; training is provided
• Automotive, mechanical, or shop experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Interest in growing into a certified automotive technician
• Ability to work Saturdays
