Responsibilities
Greet customers in a prompt & courteous manner
Perform routine oil changes, lubrications, express inspections & filter changes as outlines on service ticket with efficiently/accuracy in accordance with dealership standards
Perform 27 point inspection on used vehicles & pre-delivery inspection on new stock units
Fill out follow up sticker & adhere to windshield
Maintain a clean work area & ensure that customers' vehicles are kept clean
Document & quality check work performed
Keep abreast of factory technical bulletins
Understand & follow federal/state/local regulations
Qualifications
Six-months to one-year related technical training or experience; or equivalent combination of education/experience
Ability to read, analyze & interpret technical procedures
Ability to write reports, business correspondence & procedure manuals
Ability to regularly lift/move up to 25lbs
Basic mathematical skills & reasoning ability
Customer service, computer & organizational skills
Current, valid driver's license & satisfactory MVR
