Position Overview

As an Express Service Advisor, you will assist customers through routine maintenance services, focusing on speed, accuracy, and clear communication.

Express Service Advisor Job Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with quick service needs
• Write basic repair orders for maintenance services (oil changes, tire rotations, inspections)
• Communicate service recommendations clearly and efficiently
• Coordinate with express technicians to keep workflow moving
• Provide status updates and ensure timely vehicle delivery
• Maintain accurate documentation and repair orders
• Deliver a positive, efficient customer experience

Schedule: Monday - Saturday (Schedule Varies)

Express Service Advisor Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience required (automotive a plus)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
• Sales mindset with customer‑first approach

Corporate Hiring Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, maintain an acceptable driving record, and be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
