Let us help you achieve your goals!This position offers weekly pay + monthly commission based on performanceJob Responsibilities:Greet and engage with customers immediately upon arrivalConsult and interpret customer needs for techniciansUtilize exemplary customer service and sales skills to drive salesServe as primary point of contact for express lane repairs and service mattersUnderstand customers' problems and arrange for appropriate servicePrioritize required services, and offer optionsSet and manage expectations of the service delivery for our customersContinuously keep the customer updated on repair needs and completion timesAdvise customers of factory and dealer recommendations along with prioritizing those recommendationsVerify multipoint inspections are completed and reviewed with each customerFollow company policy and guidelines along with Code of Business Conduct & EthicsComplete required quarterly training along with required yearly OSHA trainingQualifications:2-5 years Express or Service Advisor CDJR experience strongly preferredReynolds & Reynolds experience preferredTech savvy – ability to use and learn computer systems and iPadExcellent communication and sales skills in person and over the phoneAbility to work in a high-volume environment and prioritize tasksBenefits:Health and DentalVisionShort Term DisabilityLife InsuranceAccident, Critical Illness, Hospital, & Cancer Coverage401K PlanPTOCollege while you work?
