Responsibilities include:
- Perform requested repair work in productive / efficient manner
- Oil changes and quick lubes
- Tire changeovers and wheel balancing
- Light duty repair work - wipers, air and cabin filters
- Provide service advisors with an estimate of any additional repairs needed
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications include:
- High School Diploma / GED
- Valid driver's license
- 1 + years of experience as oil change technician
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
- General knowledge of automotive repair / maintenance
- Excellent customer service skills
- Maintain neat / clean / orderly work station
- Ability to learn new techniques / procedures
- Background checks and drug screen required
