Express Technician

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Express Technician to join our service team. This role is responsible for performing light maintenance and routine service work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance services including:
  • Oil and filter changes
  • Tire rotations and tire pressure checks
  • Battery testing and replacement
  • Fluid inspections and top-offs
  • Multi-point vehicle inspections
• Conduct basic safety and maintenance checks on vehicles
• Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency
• Properly document inspection results and recommended services
• Communicate findings clearly with service advisors
• Ensure all work is completed according to dealership/manufacturer standards
• Keep work area clean, organized, and safe
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous automotive experience is a plus, but not required
• Basic mechanical knowledge and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Work in varying environmental conditions (shop setting)
