Job Description

Ancira Auto Group is hiring Experienced Express Technicians to join our newly expanded, modern Service Department. This is a great opportunity for technicians who are quality-minded, coachable, and looking to build a long-term career in automotive service.

Schedule:  Five day work week with one rotating weekend off a month. Monday-Friday 7am-6pm 8 hour swing shifts. Saturday 7am-3pm.

Pay: $28,000 - $31,000 average annual income

Responsibilities

• Perform routine -- QUALITY, SAFE -- maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, inspections, and basic repairs
• Accurately document services performed and vehicle conditions
• Follow dealership and manufacturer service standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Work collaboratively with service advisors and senior technicians
• Participate in training and development opportunities

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Express or Lube Technician preferred
• Quality-minded, dependable, and eager to learn
• Ability to meet driving and insurability requirements
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Willingness to participate in random drug testing

Career Growth
