We’re looking for a compassionate Special Education Teacher to join a supportive school community in San Leandro, CA for the 2026–2027 school year!

Caseload

• Students in grades TK, Kindergarten, and 1st grade
• Classroom of up to 12 students
• Support from three classroom paraprofessionals

Special Requirements

• Must hold an active California CTC Moderate/Severe Education Specialist Credential, Extensive Support Needs Credential, or equivalent

Position Responsibilities

• Provide specialized instruction aligned with students’ IEP goals
• Lead and coordinate classroom support with paraprofessionals
• Maintain a structured, nurturing, and accessible classroom
• Monitor student progress and complete required documentation
• Collaborate with families, teachers, service providers, and school staff

Compensation for this position ranges from $35.34 to $50.34. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
