Exterior Cleaning Lead

Rockstar Pressure Washing is looking for a dependable Lead Technician to perform and lead high-quality residential and commercial exterior cleaning projects.

You’ll perform and lead residential and commercial exterior cleaning projects including pressure washing, soft washing, roof and concrete cleaning, window cleaning, and other exterior services.

What You’ll Do

• Complete exterior cleaning projects safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
• Operate and care for pressure washing, soft-wash, window cleaning, and related equipment
• Communicate professionally with customers and create a great experience
• Take ownership of job quality, equipment, and the job site
• Help lead and train additional technicians as Rockstar grows

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need to know everything on Day 1. We’re looking for someone who is:

• Dependable and self-motivated
• Detail-oriented and proud of their work
• Comfortable with physical outdoor work, ladders, and equipment
• Professional and good with customers
• Able to solve problems and work independently

Exterior cleaning, pressure washing, soft washing, or window cleaning experience is a plus, but attitude, dependability, and work ethic matter just as much.

Opportunity to Grow

This will initially be a 1099 subcontractor position, with the intention of developing the right person into a full-time W2 role in spring 2027.

This role would be a 1099 position with the intent on becoming a full-time W2 employee in the spring of 2027.
