Exterior Cleaning Technician

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Exterior Cleaning Technician to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness, curb appeal, and value of our clients’ properties. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hands-on work, enjoy working outdoors, and take pride in delivering high-quality results. As an Exterior Cleaning Technician, you will operate a company truck and trailer (“rig”) to complete professional exterior cleaning services for residential clients in your assigned territory.

We are a new, rapidly growing company that invests heavily in marketing to build recurring annual exterior cleaning routes. You will be responsible for operating company equipment and vehicles to service your assigned route/territory independently. This position starts part-time with paid training, then transitions to full-time as your schedule fills. The goal is to optimize your territory, develop strong recurring client relationships, and eventually operate your route at maximum capacity. This is a W-2 position offering year-round hours and income, with a clear path for advancement and earning potential.

This position offers:

• 2 weeks of paid training at $15/hr.
• Upon completion of training, you will earn $20/hr for the following 90 days.
• Upon completion of the 90 day period, you will begin making $25/hr
• Once route is optimized and at capacity, you can earn a base salary of $50,000/year with bonus and commission potential.

Responsibilities

• Perform exterior cleaning services including pressure washing, soft washing, roof cleaning, gutter cleaning, and window cleaning.

• Follow company-provided standard operating procedures to ensure consistent, high-quality service for every client.

• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while communicating effectively with clients and supervisors.

• Operate and maintain exterior cleaning equipment, ensuring safety and efficiency.

• Drive and care for company trucks, trailers, and tools.

• Manage supplies and keep your rig stocked and ready for daily operations.

• Perform other related duties as needed to maintain client satisfaction and operational excellence.

Experience & Requirements

• Previous experience in exterior cleaning, pressure washing, or related trades preferred but not required.

• Comfort working at heights and on ladders.

• Ability to safely operate power washing equipment and other exterior cleaning tools.

• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Must be comfortable driving a company vehicle and towing an enclosed trailer.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
