Responsibilities

• Operate cleaning equipment such as pressure washers, water-fed poles, and duct cleaning tools to thoroughly clean building exteriors, windows, and outdoor surfaces.
• Use ladders safely to access high areas for window washing, facade cleaning, or gutter maintenance.
• Perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting of equipment and debris removal while adhering to proper safety protocols.
• Apply industrial cleaning techniques using hand tools and specialized solutions to ensure surfaces are spotless and well-maintained.
• Conduct outdoor work in various weather conditions while following safety guidelines, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as gloves, goggles, and harnesses.
• Complete routine inspections of cleaning equipment, perform basic maintenance, and ensure all tools are in safe working order.
• Deliver excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about work progress and addressing any special requests or concerns.

Qualifications

• Prior experience with outdoor or industrial cleaning is highly preferred.
• Ability to safely operate ladders and use hand tools effectively.
• Knowledge of pressure washing techniques and the use of fire extinguishers is a plus.
• Comfortable performing manual handling tasks including heavy lifting and duct cleaning procedures.
• Strong adherence to safety protocols and PPE usage at all times during outdoor work activities.
• Good physical stamina with the ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and perform manual labor for extended periods.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
