Training Pay: $25/hour for the first 30–60 days
Certified Truck Lead Pay: Up to $35/hour after training and certification
Bonus Opportunity: 1–3% truck performance bonus based on production, quality, completed jobs, and customer satisfaction
Full-time position with weekday work available. 8 am to 5 PM. Saturday and Sunday work may also be available for truck leads who want additional earning opportunities.
Two Men and a Bucket is hiring an Exterior Cleaning Truck Lead to run exterior washing jobs and take ownership of the customer experience from start to finish.
This is not a helper position. You will be responsible for leading the truck, driving a company truck to scheduled jobs, communicating with homeowners, protecting customer property, operating equipment safely, and making sure the work is done correctly.
We are looking for someone who can work efficiently without being careless, protect customers’ homes, and represent the company well on every job.
This position includes driving and operating a company truck during scheduled workdays. The Truck Lead is responsible for keeping the truck clean, organized, stocked, and ready for each job.
You will be expected to drive safely, represent the company professionally on the road and at customers’ homes, report any vehicle or equipment issues, and treat the truck like a core part of the business.
Lead and operate an exterior cleaning truck
Drive a company truck to scheduled residential jobs
Perform exterior house washing and soft washing
Perform pressure washing and surface cleaning
Clean siding, concrete, fences, decks, and other exterior surfaces
Protect landscaping, plants, and customer property
Set up, operate, and break down equipment safely
Follow chemical safety and rinsing procedures
Communicate professionally with homeowners
Take before-and-after photos when needed
Participate in social media content when asked
Keep the truck, tools, hoses, and equipment organized
Complete scheduled routes efficiently and correctly
Report job updates, issues, customer notes, vehicle issues, and equipment issues as needed
Reliable, on-time, and professional
Comfortable being responsible for the truck and route
Comfortable driving a company truck daily
Comfortable working outdoors and doing physical work
Comfortable with hoses, equipment, ladders, and cleaning systems
Able to follow safety procedures
Strong attention to detail
Good customer communication
Willing to learn the right way to clean different surfaces
Able to work independently and take ownership of the job
Comfortable participating in company social media content when needed
We pay above the average cleaning technician wage because we expect professional output.
A trained Exterior Cleaning Truck Lead should be able to complete about 3 jobs per day while keeping quality, safety, and customer satisfaction high. Speed matters, but not at the expense of damaged property, poor communication, or callbacks.
This is not a basic labor position or a helper role. We are building a team of professional truck leads who can make a real living, grow with the company, and take pride in doing the job right.
If you prove that you are dependable, careful, efficient, and good with customers, there is a path to higher pay, bonus opportunities, and long-term growth as the company expands.
