Job Title: Exterior Finish Technician – Modular Construction (Day or Night Shift)

Location: Springfield, MO

Pay:

• 1st Shift (Day): $18.00/hour

• 2nd Shift (Night): $18.00/hour + $2.00 shift differential = $20.00/hour total

Schedules:

• Sunday–Wednesday: 5:00 AM–5:00 PM (1st Shift) | 5:00 PM–5:00 AM (2nd Shift)

• Wednesday–Saturday: 5:00 AM–5:00 PM (1st Shift) | 5:00 PM–5:00 AM (2nd Shift)

CMC is seeking Exterior Finish Technicians to install siding, windows, doors, signage, and exterior trim on commercial modular buildings

What You’ll Do

• Install exterior siding, trim, windows, doors, and signage

 • Assemble exterior architectural and structural elements

 • Ensure weatherproofing and exterior durability standards

• Read and follow exterior build plans

 • Follow OSHA safety standards

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in exterior finish or commercial construction preferred

 • Familiarity with siding systems and window installation

 • Ability to read blueprints

 • Strong attention to detail and safety

 • Team-oriented mindset
