Must be able to read/understand blueprints and the job field kit
Must be able to coordinate with other trades and the GC in order to maintain the project schedule
Must be able to build and maintain project labor to complete project schedule
Must be able to layout project
Order necessary job materials from purchasing agent
Keep all necessary job records required by Lotspeich and the customer
Must be able to verify quantities and hours for labor payment
Maintain a working relationship with other foreman/superintendents of the customer and subcontractor
Must be resourceful and self-reliant to overcome job site obstacles
Own and drive a personal a pick-up truck (preferred)
This job requires a person that is detail-oriented, in good physical conditioning, has excellent organizational skills, and possesses a great attitude.
