About the Role: Join EMPIRE CONTRACTORS GROUP LLC as an Exterior Insulation and Finish System (EIFS) worker in El Paso, TX! This exciting opportunity allows you to work with a dynamic team dedicated to delivering high-quality exterior solutions that enhance building aesthetics and energy efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Install and repair EIFS systems on commercial buildings.
Prepare surfaces for EIFS application, ensuring proper adhesion and insulation.
Apply base coats, finish coats, and texture finishes according to specifications.
Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Collaborate with project managers and team members to meet project deadlines.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while on the job site.
Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
Requirements:
Proven experience in EIFS installation and repair.
Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and materials.
