Sunbelt Home Solutions, a rapidly growing multi-million-dollar home improvement company, is hiring a Painting Field Technician to work with our premium Tex-Cote® lifetime exterior coating system. This role offers stability, growth, and the opportunity to use your skills in a more structured, less labor-intensive way.
Responsibilities:
Measure homes and calculate square footage (as needed)
Review project scope with homeowners
Perform touch-ups, repairs, and service work
Handle stucco repairs and minor exterior fixes
Ensure accurate job documentation and customer satisfaction
Use iPad/CRM for project tracking
Requirements:
7-10 years exterior painting experience preferred
Lead Certification is preferred or willing to obtain
Knowledge of stucco and exterior coatings
Basic math skills required
Valid driver’s license with clean record for use of company vehicle
Ability to pass a background and drug screening
Comfortable with heights and lifting up to 90 lbs
Customer service and problem-solving skills
Bilingual a plus, but not required
Pay: $28/hour
